3. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless pre-arranged otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be communicated via email to Info@norcarton.co.uk at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Vehicle Condition and Preparation

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is clean and in good condition prior to their appointment.
• We reserve the right to charge additional fees for vehicles requiring extensive cleaning or repairs before services can be performed.

6. Warranty and Liability

• We provide warranties for our services as applicable and specified at the time of booking.
• NORCARTON LIMITED is not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or any issues caused by improper care after the service is completed.

7. Advertising Wraps and Custom Designs

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or designs provided for advertising wraps.
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate intellectual property laws or public decency standards.

8. Window Tinting and Compliance

• All window tinting services are performed in compliance with UK regulations.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle remains road-legal after modifications.

9. Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Care

• Aftercare instructions will be provided upon completion of the service. Failure to follow these instructions may void any applicable warranty.

10. Limitation of Liability

• NORCARTON LIMITED will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

11. Privacy Policy
