  • Service Cancellation by NORCARTON LIMITED: If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Refunds for cancellations made by the customer will be assessed based on the notice period provided:
    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may qualify for a partial refund or a rescheduling option.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may not qualify for a refund.
  1. Non-Refundable Services
  • Services that have already been rendered or customized to your requirements are non-refundable.
  • Materials or products purchased specifically for your service are non-refundable.
